Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- The validity of the Vouchers is 12 months from the date of purchase: after this period, they will no longer be usable or refundable.
- Gift Vouchers can be used from Sunday to Thursday for dinner, excluding holidays and closing days and subject to confirmation of availability by the Restaurant at the time of booking.
- The Gift Voucher can be used in a single transaction.
- The Gift Voucher cannot be used for reservations at the American Bar or for the purchase of products on sale.
- We recommend the purchase of the same Gift Voucher for all diners.
- The reservation of the table will be considered valid only if the Gift Voucher will be mentioned at the time of booking and delivered on paper upon arrival at the DAV Restaurant on the same day.
- Anything not expressly stated on the Gift Voucher presentation sheet is not included in the packages.
How the Gift Voucher works
- The Gift Vouchers will be sent directly by e-mail immediately after making the online payment.
- The Gift Voucher will have a unique identification code, indicated in the e-mail. It is necessary to refer to this code for any type of request.
- Please verify that your reservation is correct at the DAV restaurant by referring to the unique identification code and refer to this code for any type of request.
